I recall my early days of attending church when the music resonated deeply within me and touched my heart in profound ways, it still does. The sheer beauty of the melodies and the heartfelt lyrics made me believe that it must sound equally beautiful to God and touch His heart as well.
Even now, I relish the opportunity to join together with others and worship the Lord through song. The harmonies and the collective praise still evoke a sense of awe within me, surpassing mere beauty. It is a transcendent experience that continues to resonate deeply, reminding me of the power of music and dance in worshiping our loving Creator.

5 Beautiful Pendant Lights For Your Kitchen
It’s time to select just the right pendant light for your kitchen island. Let’s look at a few things.
First, be sure to choose just the right style for your home design. Contemporary with a modern or contemporary home, dramatic with a glam dramatic style home, bohemian with a bohemian style home, and so on…
Some of the main questions I have been asked over the years are:
What size should a pendant light be over my island?
This can vary tremendously depending on your preferences and the size of your island, the size of your room, and whether you want 3 smaller pendant lights or 2 larger pendant lights.
Start with the length of your island to determine this.
Where should a pendant light hang?
The average height above the counter is 30” to 36” to the bottom of the pendant light. This will give you a guide, but be sure to stand back and eyeball it to make sure that it looks right. It can depend on the size of the pendant light, the color of the pendant light, and the space around the pendant light.

Pendant Light #1: Molten Glass Sphere Pendant

Our first beautiful pendant light is a Molten Glass Pendant With Smoked Glass and Natural Brass. It is approximately a 9 "diameter, so it fits over an average 8’ size island well. An island no longer than 8’ for two and 10’ for 3 fixtures. It uses one 60-watt bulb so 2 will be 120 watts and 3 will be 180 watts total.

I always like too much light and a dimmer so I can adjust it to my needs and mood at the time.
